What happens if there is an inventory error and my order cannot be fulfilled?

Please keep in mind that there may be errors with our inventory and we may not be able to fulfill orders in their entirety. We may dig less trees than initially anticipated or there may have been miscounts, or sometimes accidents happen and we lose a tree here and there. 

If we are unable to fulfill an order due to inventory issues on our end, we will get in touch with you and can arrange to either substitute the missing plant with another of equal value of your choice, offer store credit, or refund/discount your order for the missing plant.
