Species: Malus sp

History: Seedlings grown from local apple seeds!

Why We Grow It: Apple seedlings tend to vary quite notably from their parents so it's hard to say what the fruit will be like. For anyone interested in planting a fence line or putting some trees in to feed wildlife, this would be a good option for you!

Pollination: Requires a pollinator of a different apple variety that blooms around the same time

Storage: May keep a few weeks or several months when stored in cool, humid conditions
