We had a lot of compliments for the Elderberry Honey Marshmallows I made for our Annual Thanksgiving Fruit Tasting this year, and so, here is the recipe!!  Elderberry Honey Marshmallows Marshmallows are best kept at a steady temperature in a dry environment – humidity can make them get pretty sticky. To avoid this, store in a cool dry place, or freeze if you plan to keep them over 2 weeks.
